Document storage and sharing

Your drafts, uploaded images, and saved versions are stored in your browser on your device. Closing a tab does not normally delete them. Clearing this site's browser data removes local drafts and preferences. Save a copy of your document first. Other people using the same browser profile may be able to access saved drafts.

The optional Share feature encodes document content in a link. It is not encrypted or password protected. Anyone with that link can read the shared content, and URLs may be retained in browser history or hosting logs. Do not use share links for sensitive documents. Pages opened with query strings or fragments do not initialize our analytics integrations.

Optional usage statistics

With your permission, Google Analytics receives page views and feature events, such as an editor being opened, the first field edit after consent, a sample PDF request, a print request, or a desktop PDF being generated. A PDF event does not prove a file was successfully saved. We filter our custom events to exclude typed search text and document fields.

Analytics can include cookie identifiers, device and browser details, approximate location, and usage activity. These are not guaranteed to be anonymous. We disable Google advertising signals and ad personalization in our integration.

Microsoft Clarity

With your permission, Clarity collects clicks, scrolling, device information, and session recordings on blog and information pages. It is not loaded on the homepage, template categories, or document editors. Explicit content masking is applied to the pages where Clarity is enabled. We do not enable advertising storage consent.

Your choices

Choose Decline to use every template without optional analytics. Open Privacy choices at the bottom of any page to change your decision. Withdrawing consent stops the integrations and may reload the page; it does not erase your document drafts. We remove accessible first-party analytics cookies. Data already sent to providers is not erased automatically by changing this preference.

We remember your choice in local storage. An older Got it acknowledgement is not treated as permission. Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, when signaled by your browser, keeps these integrations off.

Feedback and testimonials

Feedback is optional. Submitted messages and any contact details you choose to include are sent through Formspree. We use your email to respond, not to subscribe you to a mailing list. Testimonials are published only with the permission requested on the form. Do not include sensitive document content in feedback.

Other services

Netlify hosts the site and can process request details such as IP addresses and requested URLs. Google Fonts and the CDN serving download libraries receive requests when those resources are used. These are separate from optional analytics. The site uses local storage and a service worker to retain drafts, preferences, and offline resources.

Requests and children

Use the Feedback form to ask about this policy or request removal of feedback you submitted. We may need enough information to locate the relevant message. We do not promise that analytics identifiers or messages are non-personal data.

The service is intended for general document creation, not for children under 13. Please do not enable optional analytics for a child. If you believe a child has sent personal information through feedback, contact us.

Policy changes

We update the date on this page when this policy changes. New optional tracking purposes will require a new consent choice.
